We only collect information we actually need to run Zero Saints, respond to enquiries and understand how our website is being used.

Contact forms

When you submit our contact form or an enquiry through one of our service pages, we collect the information you give us. This can include your name, email address, project details, the service you're interested in and where you're at with the project.

If you give us a website or Instagram handle, we collect those too. Both are optional.

We may also record where your enquiry came from, such as the contact page, a service page or Zero Chat, so we have some context when we reply.

Your enquiry is saved to our database before the notification email is sent, so it isn't lost if that email fails.

We use this information to respond to you, discuss your project and, if we end up working together, get the project set up.

We don't sell your personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Zero Chat

Zero Chat is our AI-powered website assistant.

When you send Zero a message, that message is processed by an AI service so it can generate a response. Zero Saints does not retain the conversation once it has been processed.

If you choose to submit an enquiry through Zero Chat, the information you provide as part of that enquiry is saved in the same way as our other contact forms.

We recommend not sending sensitive personal information through Zero Chat.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the Zero Saints website.

Vercel Analytics is cookieless and gives us aggregated information such as page views and general site usage. We don't use it to build individual profiles or track you across other websites.

Service providers

We use third-party services to help run the website, store enquiries, deliver email notifications, provide analytics and power Zero Chat.

Those services may process information on our behalf where it's necessary to provide their service. Depending on the provider, some information may be processed or stored outside Australia.

We don't give third parties access to your information for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, manage a project, keep appropriate business records or meet any legal obligations.

Information we no longer need is deleted or securely removed where practical.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct something that's wrong.
